Friendred Peng is an installation and computational artist currently based in London focused on disciplines crossing arts, technology and sciences. 

Performance as an art form

“Furthermore, the Environment (nowadays known as installation art) quickly incorporate the ide of internal changes during its presentation. The conventional spectators became the participants who executed the changes. Here, also, the traditional notion of the uniquely talented artist (the genius) was suspended in favour of a tentative collectivity (the social group as artist).”

‘My body is transparent in use’

-Merleau-Ponty

Body is used as an instrument to express the performance. While interacting with data and light it becomes the extension of them and complimentary piece.

Using range of art spheres, artist created inclusive, joined and at the same time personalised experience for the audience and performers.
