His philosophy emphasises pure mobility, unforeseeable novelty, creativity and freedom; thus one can characterize his system as a process philosophy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duration<\/strong> is a&nbsp;<strong>theory<\/strong>&nbsp;of time and consciousness posited by the French philosopher Henri Bergson. <strong>Duration<\/strong>&nbsp;is ineffable and can only be shown indirectly through images that can never reveal a complete picture. It can only be grasped through a simple intuition of the imagination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laughter comes from the surprise of suddenly seeing &#8216;the mechanical encrusted on the living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cyborg is a hybrid &#8211; neither man nor machine. But what Fisher is discussing is becoming an (un)dead machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uncanny valley<\/strong> &#8211; a hypothesized relationship between the degree of an object&#8217;s resemblance to a human being and the emotional response to such an object.
